Naomi Pompeo – Committed to Informing People of the Responsibility

Naomi has been with the SLG2 Team since 2024. She is committed to sharing the responsibility that comes with firearm ownership.

How and/or Why did you get started in shooting sports?

I first got started in shooting sports as a firm believer in exercising my constitutional Second Amendment rights, but it quickly grew into so much more. What began as a personal commitment to responsible firearm ownership evolved into a true passion and a way of life. Over time, the sport has connected me with incredible people, strengthened my confidence, and deepened my appreciation for the discipline, focus, and community that shooting sports offer.

Why are you passionate about working for SLG2:

I am passionate about working for Shoot Like A Girl because it gives me the opportunity to connect with people from all over the country, hear their stories, and share in the excitement of their shooting sports journey. Being able to relate to their experiences and support them as they build confidence is incredibly rewarding. Watching someone go from uncertain to proudly saying, “Wow, I did that!” is a moment that reminds me why I love this work—because I get to play a meaningful part in their growth, empowerment, and lifelong firearms journey.

When not shooting, what do you love to do:

When I’m not on the range—which isn’t often—you can still usually find me immersed in the shooting sports. I’m either taking a class, exploring a new discipline, or teaching others. Outside of firearms training, I stay committed to a healthy lifestyle by eating right and working out, and I love spending time outdoors whenever I can, swimming, archery, hiking and spending time with my family.
