Amongst these are their firearm safes. Hornady offers three different categories, including the Rapid Safe, Keypad Vault, and Lockboxes and Cabinets. 

By employing the use of patented RFID (Radio Frequency Technology) technology, Hornady Rapid Safes provide quick and dependable touch free access to your firearm, while also providing unmatched protection from unauthorized users. RFID technology provides instant access with tags that are programmed specifically to each safe. RFID tags include, watchbands, key fobs, and decals. By using RFID technology, there’s no need to find a key, register a fingerprint, or remember a combination. 

Hornady offers 10 different RFID safe options, including travel safes, bedside safes, vehicle safes, shotgun wall lock, AR gun locker, compact vault, and full size vault. The Rapid Safe Night Guard keeps your handgun as close as your nightstand, and it offers the additional functionality of a clock and USB charging port. The Rapid Safe Keypad Vault, 2600KP, 2700KP and 4800KP along with RFID technology all offer a secondary entry option with a keypad where the user can program a 4-6 digit security code. Depending on which model, these are designed for office drawers and are TSA approved for travel.

Speaking of travel, the patent-pending mounting system of the Rapid Vehicle Safe features an inflatable bladder that conforms to a vehicles interior shape, making modifications to the vehicle unnecessary. Power is supplied by the included 12-volt car adaptor, or 4 AAA batteries. Fits many 4-inch barrel pistols and 2-inch revolvers.

• Rapid Safe AR Gunlocker – The Rapid Safe AR Gunlocker provides the same convenience and tamper-proof as the other rifle Rapid safes, but in a fully enclosed design. It’s front-end, spring loaded door makes it a perfect companion under a bed, in the back of an SUV or mounted in a closet. Foam inserts accommodate up to two tactical length rifles and/or shotguns.
• The Compact Ready Vault with WIFI – The Compact Ready Vault with WIFI and The Ready Vault with WIFI both boast of the quick and dependable RFID technology while also offering the SQUARE-LOC organizing system. The SQUARE-LOC organizing systems allows gun racks and other SQUARE-LOC accessories to be mounted in numerous configurations to maximize storage. Hornady security LED lights, magnetic hooks, hygrometer and dehumidifiers are all compatible.
