In consideration of me being allowed to participate with Shoot Like a Girl Test Flights and Test Shots (the “Activities”), I agree: I, being of lawful age (or, in the case of a minor, through his/her parent or guardian) understand dangers may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the activity, and the conditions. I fully understand that: (a) SLG², Inc. Activities involve risks and dangers of serious bodily injury; and I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for risk of bodily injury, death, property damage, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of my participation in the activity. I release, agree not to sue, and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SLG², Inc, their respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the activity takes place from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by participating in the activities.

Furthermore, by accepting the waiver, I give permission for my image to be used in photographs taken during the event for promotional material and social media for SLG2, Inc.
